How do I add multiple employees at once?

Adding your whole team at once? Use the bulk upload feature to import employees via CSV - here's how to prepare your file and upload it correctly.

If you're onboarding a large group, bulk uploading saves a lot of time. Here's how it works:

  1. Go to Manage Employees

  2. Then Add New Employee(s)

  3. Click on Upload CSV in the Bulk Upload Team section

  4. Download the Excel Template or CSV Template

  5. Fill in the following fields:

    • Required: first_name, last_name, email, birthdate, gender, hire_date, zip, class

    • All other columns are optional

  6. Upload your completed CSV or Excel file using the Choose File function

  7. Review the results summary - it will show which employees were created, updated, or skipped, along with any errors per row

Note: If an employee's email already exists in the system, their record will be updated rather than duplicated, no need to worry about accidental duplicates.
