If you're onboarding a large group, bulk uploading saves a lot of time. Here's how it works:
Go to Manage Employees
Then Add New Employee(s)
Click on Upload CSV in the Bulk Upload Team section
Download the Excel Template or CSV Template
Fill in the following fields:
Required:
first_name,last_name,email,birthdate,gender,hire_date,zip,classAll other columns are optional
Upload your completed CSV or Excel file using the Choose File function
Review the results summary - it will show which employees were created, updated, or skipped, along with any errors per row
Note: If an employee's email already exists in the system, their record will be updated rather than duplicated, no need to worry about accidental duplicates.
