How does the cash benefit work?

Payments come to you directly — even if you didn't incur out-of-pocket expenses. There are no restrictions on how you use the money: medical bills, rent, groceries, childcare while you recover, whatever you need most.

How to file a claim

If you or a covered dependent has been hospitalized, had surgery, or visited the ER, email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and the name of the person who received care (if a dependent)

  • The date(s) of the hospital stay, surgery, or ER visit

  • Any hospital paperwork you have, like a discharge summary or admission record

We'll walk you through the claim from there and make sure it gets filed correctly — you focus on recovering.
