How do I edit a location?

Need to update a location's name, address, or assigned admin? Here's how to make changes to an existing location in OS BENEFiTS.

Required role: Company Admin

  1. Go to Company and Location Details

  2. Click View next to the location you want to edit

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Edit Location

  4. Update the relevant fields — name, address, phone, website, admin, or flagship status

  5. In the Location Admin section, this is where you will assign an Admin for this specific location

  6. Click Save Changes

Note: If you change the Location Admin, the previous admin's location admin role is automatically removed and the new admin receives it.
