How do I delete a location?

Closing a site or consolidating locations? Here's how to remove a location from your OS BENEFiTS account and what happens to the employees assigned to it.

Required role: Company Admin

  1. Go to Company and Location Details

  2. Click Delete next to the Location

  3. Confirm the deletion

Important: Deleting a location does not delete the employees assigned to it. Those employees will have their location assignment cleared and will appear as unassigned until you reassign them to another location.

Note: You cannot delete the flagship (headquarters) location while other locations exist. You'll need to designate a different flagship location first.
