Your login email comes from [email protected] and is sent as soon as your employer adds you to the system. If you haven't seen it, here's what to check.
Step 1 — Check your spam or junk folder
The most common reason members don't see their login email is that it was filtered as spam. Search your inbox for osbenefits.co and check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Step 2 — Make sure you're checking the right email
Your login email is sent to the address your employer used when they added you. This may be different from your personal email. If you're not sure which address was used, check with your manager or HR contact.
Step 3 — Still nothing? Reach out to us
If you've checked both and still don't see it, we can check which email is on file. Just reach out and let us know — we'll take care of it.

Having trouble with the dashboard after logging in?
If you received your login link but the dashboard isn't loading or you can't click anything, try the following:
Open the link in a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best)
Clear your browser cache and try again
Make sure you're not opening the link on a work device with restricted access
