OS BENEFiTS uses a magic link login — instead of a password, you'll receive a secure, one-time login link sent directly to your email. Here's how it works:
Go to the OSB Dashboard login page
Enter your email address in the Email address field
Click Send Login Link
Check your inbox for an email from OS BENEFiTS — the subject line will be "Your Magic Login Link"
Click the yellow Login to Dashboard button in the email — you'll be automatically signed in and taken straight to your dashboard
What to expect
After submitting your email, you'll see a confirmation message on screen: "Check your email for a login link."
The link is single-use and expires after a short window — use it as soon as it arrives
If the link has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one
If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder
Having trouble logging in?
A few things to check:
Make sure you're using the email address associated with your OSB account
The magic link is rate-limited to 5 requests per minute — if you've requested multiple links, wait 60 seconds before trying again
If your email isn't recognized, an error message will appear below the email field — reach out to Pearl and we'll get it sorted
