How do I set up benefits for my team?

New to OS BENEFiTS or adding benefits for the first time? Here's an overview of the setup wizard and what to expect at each step before your team can enroll.

Setting up benefits for your team is done through the Benefits Setup Wizard — a step-by-step guide that walks you through everything from selecting plans to adding your employees. Here's what to expect:

How to launch the wizard

  1. Log in to your OSB Dashboard

  2. From the main navigation, select AdminManage Benefits Set Up Benefits

  3. The Get Started page shows your currently active benefit offerings (if any) and the benefit types available to add

  4. Select one or more benefit types to offer your team:

    • Health Insurance — full medical coverage through major carriers

    • Voluntary Benefits — dental, vision, critical illness, and cancer coverage

    • Add-On Plans — standalone products such as Teladoc, available regardless of health coverage

  5. Click Start Enrollment to begin

Prefer to talk it through first? Click Schedule a Call Instead to book time with the OSB benefits team — we're happy to walk you through it.
