Trying to register with Delta Dental to get your digital dental or vision card, but the system can't find your information? Here's what to check — and how to get it fixed fast.
First, a few quick things to try
Use your legal name exactly as you enrolled. Delta Dental matches against your enrollment record, so nicknames or shortened names (e.g., "Mike" instead of "Michael") can cause a mismatch.
Double-check your date of birth and other details for typos.
Try registering without an ID number. You and any adult dependents can create an account with or without one — if one path isn't working, try the other.
Check your coverage effective date. If your coverage just started, your record may not have synced to Delta Dental's system yet. If your effective date is still in the future, you won't be able to register until coverage begins.
Still not finding your information?
If you've tried the steps above and Delta Dental still can't locate your record, don't worry — we'll sort it out. Email [email protected] with your full name and date of birth, and our team will verify your enrollment with Delta Dental and make sure your record is in their system.
