If you have a spouse or child covered on your plan, they don't get a separate Member ID — they use the same card as the primary member (you).
Want your dependent to have their own digital access?
Your dependent can set up their own HealthWallet login without any request to us:
Download the HealthWallet app
Choose a login method — Member ID, SSN, Phone, or Email (the primary member's details)
Enter their own birthday, not the primary member's
Once logged in, they'll see the same digital ID card you do — no separate card or request needed.
What about a physical card?
Physical ID cards are mailed directly by our plan administrator, not by OS BENEFiTS — we don't have visibility into or control over that shipping process. Because of this, we're not able to request an additional physical card be sent to a dependent at a different address. The HealthWallet app is the most reliable way for a dependent to access their coverage information directly.
